Shipping & Returns

Standard shipping typically takes 3–7 business days for metro areas, and 5–10 business days for regional areas. Express options may be available at checkout depending on your postcode.

Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on your location and order weight. Orders over $300 receive free standard shipping automatically applied at checkout.

Once your order is dispatched, you’ll receive a tracking number via email. You can use this to track your package directly on the carrier’s website.

If your order arrives damaged, please take photos immediately and contact us within 48 hours of delivery. We’ll arrange a replacement or refund as quickly as possible.

At this time we are an online-only store and do not offer click & collect. All orders are shipped directly to your provided address.

We accept returns within 14 days of delivery for products that are factory sealed and in original, unopened condition. Due to the nature of trading card products, we cannot accept returns on opened items.

To initiate a return, please contact us via our contact page with your order number and reason for return. We’ll respond within 1 business day with return instructions. Do not ship items back without prior authorisation.

Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item was received damaged or incorrect. We recommend using tracked shipping for your return as we cannot be held responsible for lost parcels.

Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we’ll process your refund within 3–5 business days. Refunds are issued to the original payment method. Please allow additional time for your bank to process the transaction.

Items purchased during a sale or promotional event are considered final sale and are not eligible for return, unless the item arrived damaged or was incorrectly sent.
